About Us
Tri-State Livestock Commission Co LLC was formed in April 1949 by Lee Richards, M.W. Longnecker, W.F. Poore, Arthur Koetter Sr and Jay Ruppert and managed by Chet Young and Harry Eiler.
Gayle & Art Ruggles began managing the barn in the fall of 1999, and continue to manage the operations of the sale barn.
